» Great for statement tees showing quality & style.
Con: » Very costly for small quantities.
» Not for photographic and multi-colored designs
Setup & Costing
The cost involves in computerized emboidery includes digitizing, number of stitches & volume of orders. Large volume of order surely helps offset the cost to make it more economical. Thats why it's not cost effective to embroider small quantities. For low volume orders, you may want it printed using silkscreen printing or digital/heat press method.
Digitizing: The process of converting your image or artwork from a computer program into a embroidery file format to be able to be read by the Embroidery Machinces. This process can be simple to very complicate depending on the size and the detail of the image. Thats why "text only" or Monogramming is cheaper to digitize. Accurate digitizing is a great factor for the final outcome of the emroidered itme.
Stitches: This is the number of stitches needed for the artwork. The larger the artwork, the more stitches needed. That's why it is more cost effective to do text compared to artworks with large filled areas.
Important Note: We require a minimum of 100pcs to proceed with your embroidery print orders.
